The three discuss the federal grant Bergen County recently received to combat elder abuse. The $300,000 grant was only awarded to 8 communities across the country, and Bergen County is already hard at work putting this grant to good use. Specifically, the grant comes from the Department of Justice Office of Violence Against Women (OVW) Enhanced Training and Services to End Abuse in Later Life Program.
